Is your laptop a Windows device? You can download Pet Rescue Saga from the microsoft app store (for free) to play on laptop. I assumed it was available for all android devices (I have it on mine) have you checked Google play to see recently?

More levels are released every Tuesday. Sometimes your device might not automatically update. Look up the game in your app store to see if there is an update button
