Keeping it permanently logged in on Chrome might be the problem. Closing the game, and clearing the cache on your computer then logging back in again could help.

Hi @sandi418 your level has been reset a second time! I suspect the problem might be because you only play on facebook 😕 Try logging out of facebook, clearing your computer cache and cookies, and completely shut down your device. Then open everything up again and log back into facebook. Hopefully this will rest everything…

Hi @bamamama42 wow! this does sound very frustrating. I suggest that you log out, then into your game before you play any levels to make sure it's connecting to save your progress. Let me know if this helps?

Hi @rjds officially the final level currently is 8097 Where have you seen further levels? Sometimes the game will tell you a friend is at (for example) 8098 when they do not have that level yet, but have completed 8097.

The problem has been reported to the game makers - there is nothing else we can do but wait and see if there is a solution. If it's anything like previous Petopia events, this means waiting until it is over 🤷♀️
