You can try looking in your app store to see if you've missed an update with the quests.

When you pass a level it should save automatically. You can also try logging out and in again to see if that helps

HI @Queenie53 Have you tried playing and passing a level on your laptop? Sometimes the game does not sync until it goes to 'save' after you've played. Let us know if this helps, or not!
