Hi @rosy168 it should work the same. Are you making sure all 3 special blocks are in your columns so that the Pets can fall?

From my observation Petopia issues are usually not resolved during the event, but will hopefully be fixed by the next one 😕 Having said that, this was also a problem in Halloween Petopia last year!

Hi @Angela4321 The trick to Level 9243 is that Pets will only fall when there is a locked block in the column (out of it's glass)
