Hi @giulya73 and @Sherrykones It appears there is still a problem with the computer/facebook version of the game. If you are able you can download and continue the game on a mobile device.

Apparently that is the fixed version of the game, mine is the same.

Hi @KristieC on the game app you click on the gear wheel before opening the game Then you'll find the version number at the bottom of the settings... If you have a lower number than mine (pictured above) go to your app store and look for an 'update' button If you play on computer, via facebook then there is no way to see…

Hi @Calmest there are still problems with the facebook version of Pet Rescue at the moment. We are hoping for a fix soon.

Hi @sjl85 the fix has not reached facebook yet, but will automatically update when it does. I've noticed in the past that game problems are often harder to fix on facebook because they're dealing with all facebook's conditions as well.

Hi @yourmama51 , I'm sorry, but I've never heard of this happening before! What device are you playing on? If you're on mobile please also check that your app is updated.
