Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi @KingZ This does sound like you need to look in the keyboard settings on your phone. I sometimes cannot log in because a game will not recognise my keyboard at all, but I find that changing the settings helps and I am able to write.
