Hi Donna, New levels are automatically added to Facebook once they have been designed by the game studio. For mobile devices you might have to wait a few days as it can take a while to get the app approved on the app store. I'm not sure which format you're playing on but if you're on Facebook then please also have a look…

Hi Jeanean, Sorry to hear the game is not working :-| Have you tried playing it from another browser? It might be a small thing - for instance clearing browser cache and cookies - that will make the game load correctly.
