Hello @sherrylg7272 different devices will offer different features/events. If u still have your old phone, try claiming the reward on it and use it in that device itself as u can't transfer the boosters on the new device.

Also how i know the green tick was meant for internet connection to be specific is for the image i attached showing the wifi symbol. Recycle bin can really come in handy at times. Hope this clears all the doubts anyone has. @Yosca
