Hello newbee, watching video pre game for getting a booster, or for extra lives towards the end is a bonus feature so not everyone has it. U can hope u get it in the future though.🙂

Hello @Futsal100 for incomplete purchases you need to contact player support from your game app. Go to settings in your game app> help centre > purchases and gold > contact us. Good luck in getting your purchased gold bars/boosters back.
