@sue_tj has this happened for days? i also getting such issues when i have poor Network connection or when i log out of kingdom account to Facebook . but what i do is to close my game app for some minutes ! when I open it again issue is then resolved!

that's the problem with candy crush updates every week, the developments are meant to make the game more enjoyable for the players not frustrating!

well i just received 2 lives & 3 requests in my envelope just wondering if friends aint just sending lives or they are not receiving the request?where is the problem?

if you don't want to clog the messages then just send lives to friends such that they won't ask for lives multiple times from you again instead of complaining!!
