Even though you weren't signed in, did you lose any boosters or gold bars? Were you able to sign back in once you reinstalled it? What about your progress, did you have to start over as level 1?

I'm having the same issue on my laptop. Windows 10. I'm at 378 consecutive days level 1854. user ID 8224557233. Not having any issues with Jelly game which I just started playing the day before this issue.

I'm having the same issue. I am on a laptop with Windows 10, I had to change my password to save CCJ which I just had downloaded. And went back to play Soda and now I am getting that error. All my side games can't be accessed like Shipmates, 4 in a row, rescue buddies etc . I'm on day 300 something, for the daily bonusβ¦

Congrats on 3000 level on Diamond Diaries ! My favorite Holiday trip was to Silver Dollar City in Branson Missouri !

Mine still shows the Facebook option, but I never logged in that way .
