This is one of my favorites and I'd make it for my guest if they like spicy foods. Jamaican jerk chicken, mac & cheese, plantains with rice and peas. Also greens are sometimes served with this dish.

This is mine

My mom is one of the strongest women I have ever known. She raised her children and they are stronger for it. My mom had a lot of hurdles she had to overcome them and she never gave up. My mother smiled even when it was so deep that most would not. I got my strength from her.

I'm celebrating because I finally made it and get some gold bars and badge.
