Hi! I'm not sure I understand your question but yes occasionally players may win a booster and a ribbon. this happened before when boosters and ribbons have been assigned to lower ranking positions. They may overlap if there are few participants which I can't know for sure beforehand 🙂

It has been rolled only to players residing in couple of countries for some months as far as I know which country are you playing from? which aspects do you not like and find not user friendly? You don't have to do anything, the gold bars have been sent to your game and they should appear within your gold bars inventory when you log in 🙂
