Hey Saretta, I´d say that´s accurate since they generally release levels for PC first. Check for updates on the Play Store and follow https://www.facebook.com/FarmHeroes to get notifications about new levels.

Hey Vincan, Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Use https://www.google.com/chrome/ as a browser and make sure you close other tabs and programs. You can also try playing on King.com or Windows 10.

Hey ChipperRoo, They generally seem to release levels first for Candy Crush Saga on PC. That´s why normally the game is ahead on Facebook and King.com, compared to the mobile versions.

Hey Jonathan, Was this just a one time thing and were you able to pass the level in the end? Maybe check for updates for your Android and the game app. Restart your device afterwards. Other option would be to play this level on PC.
