Hey Deb, What do you play this on? If on PC, clear cache and play in Google Chrome. You can also play in incognito mode and on king.com. Make sure you close all other programs and tabs prior to playing your level.

Hey Mona, Once you have synchronized your game to a Facebook account, you can´t undo this. However, you can synchronize it to another Facebook account if you´d wish. Or just enjoy crushing your way back up ;-)

Hey Kate, Just open your Facebook home page on your PC. Top right on your screen you´ll see a little black arrow. Click on it.Now select ´Settings.´ Then select ´Apps.´ Click on Candy Crush Saga and change your settings there.
