I found out on any King made games that if you turn off your connection to internet it makes the levels a lot easier to beat for some reason. You need to turn your wifi back on as soon as you know your going to win the level so that your connected back to your wifi or data on your cell phone when the board finally ends toโฆ

Hold down on the app icon and go to setting and clear your cache and history! And force stop the app if it says it is running. Then reopen the app and resign back into the same google or Facebook account you used to play the app with! This should fix that issue for you!
