I did it in 14 moves. I did have to use a couple boosters such as free switch and lollipop hammer at the right time to make very effective combos. It takes luck and can many tries. Having friends who will respond to life requests sure helps too.

Bug or not it can be done in 19 moves. I started with a color bomb and wrapped+striped. I think the wrapped are the most effective and I was able to combine a color bomb+wrapped a couple times. It took many tries.
