As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come…

I've had the treasure chest stuck without opening but not disappearing. What worked for me was to disconnect from Facebook, force close the app, reopen it and reconnect to my account. When the game loaded the chest opened and was able to move on.

99% of all chats on Facebook are spammed or full of trolls. You have to keep in mind it's a Facebook feature and not a contact channel by King.

Can you not leave your game connected to Facebook? The game doesn't have to be kept open but as long as you don't disconnect in the game, the timer should run down.

If that's happening, disconnect your game from Facebook, force close the app, reopen it and reconnect to your account. That's what I did when the chest was not opening, the chest should open and allow you to move on.

None of the games give you rewards for completing hard levels in the Saga, you only get a chance to win stuff during live ops and special events. Blossom blast is still a new game compared to Candy Crush, I'm sure events will pop up at some point.

How much free memory do you have on your mobile? Also, what's the OS version you have running on it?

Are you playing on a Windows 10 PC by any chance? If you are, go to the microsoft store and download the game app, much better than playing from a browser.

It's not a glitch, the levels only go up to level 580 for now it seems.
