Is it Kingdom that you want to connect to or is it Facebook? If it's Facebook, do you have the FB app installed on your mobile?

As long as you actively connected your game to Facebook, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you connect to that account in the game app, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

Though it's the same game, the versions on PC and tablet are different so there's no correlation if one works and not the other (that's why some issues only effect PC and not tablet and vice versa). Have you done any troubleshooting in those browser…

If you have Windows 10 then just install the Game App instead, it's much better than running off a browser. You should find it in the windows store.
