Are you playing directly in Facebook or are you playing from a device?

If you have Windows 10 then just install the Game App instead, it's much better than running of a browser. You should find it in the windows store.

Yeah it certainly seems to become tougher to get through as you reach that level. Making the most of the Sugar Drops is the way to go as you say!

Progress gets tied to the account, not the email address so if you are using a different Facebook account it's no surprise that you are on level 1. I take it you no longer have access to your original FB account?

Try this out, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. When you hit connect in the game it should sign you into that account.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come…

If it's up to date then check how much free space you have left on your mobile. Leaving at least 1gb free is ideal for Apps to run optimally.

Weird, I didn't think location would make a difference. Is FB restricted where you are now by any chance? What about if you sign in through the FB APP, does the same thing happen?

Have you checked for any recent updates for the game app (and FB app if you have it installed)?
