When you over level 825 on the saga map, does it appear as completed or as not played? Do you have the latest update installed?

Though I agree with you, I think the reality is that Alphabetty hasn't turned out to be very popular at all, hence the the halt with new levels. If it was as popular as Candy Crush, then I'm sure it would get more regular updates.

Make sure you have enough free space available on it, if you have too little it will definitely cause you some trouble. If after that it's still giving you trouble, a reinstall might help.

It's only progress and gold bars that fully sync across multiple devices. Everything else such as boosters, messages, magic beans and what have you are all locally stored on the devices memory.

There's only one way, If you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom then you will have a back up of your progress. When you connect to that account in the game again, the progress tied to it will appear.

Did the treasure chests come up at all on your new phone? The only thing that carries over if you play on another device is your progress and Gold Bars as the rest is locally stored.

What was the aim of blocking the App from updating itself? Issues can occur after updating and generally reinstalling puts things right again.
