Level after 555 were made using HTML5 so if it's not loading past that then you must be loaded into the old Flash version of the game. Are you playing from the same place/browser you usually play in?

You might need to reinstall in that case, but I wouldn't do that until you're sure your progress is safe and synced. So what's happening when you're trying to Sync to FB/ Kingdom, you getting some kind of error message or anything?

You'll need to get yourself logged into your Kingdom account on King.com. From there you'll find an option in your account settings to upload your own avatar.
