A fix for this is should already be out (https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-does-my-daily-bonus-reset-every-second-day). If updating the game app and reconnecting didn't change anything then you might need to reinstall, it seems to have done the trick for someone if you check the comments made in the post above.

As I've found out, you'll only be able to retrieve boosters that were purchased by providing the receipts. The rest isn't covered.
