Did you take a screenshot or anything of this so it can be checked? If you get over the target score but sill considered failed, best thing to do is grab a screenshot.

Do the levels after 500 still appear as completed or do they show up as not played yet? Also, are you playing directly from Facebook?

If the game app can't be installed then it's either the store or device manufacturer you need to inquire with.

Your game still connected to FB or Kingdom? Might want to check your connection or just log out and back in again, for Sugar Drops you have to be connected in order to collect so I'm assuming it's the same for this maybe.
