It's only purchased boosters that can be transferred to another device by providing receipts. Anything you got in game will remain where they were received.

In my experience working in IT, the system I worked with, Ticket ID's were just an automatic reference given to any received contact, the number doesn't mean anything beyond that. What did the message in your email say exactly, was it just a link?

Was your game connected Facebook before? If it was then your progress will be synced and all you need to do is connect your game on your new phone to that account. The only other way to sync and transfer your progress is with a Kingdom account.

This level has candy bombs so it won't end by just reaching the 1st target score, you need to use all of the moves given too. If a candy bomb is about to blow before you've used all your moves = level failed.
