The only way to transfer your progress to another device is connecting it to wither Facebook or Kingdom. Once done all you need to do on your new device is to connect your game to Facebook or Kingdom "et voila!" :)

That's because only gold and progress can be transferred to other devices, all the rest is stored locally on the device and doesn't get synced. The same goes for all their games.

If you lose anything purchased you can get it credited back if you provide receipts, doesn't include the items you get in game though.

Check your connection to Facebook or Kingdom in the game, these events are linked to them so it could be an idea to disconnect and reconnect to see if that brings it up.
