As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. Is that not happening for you?

There's not much to say which can help really, you just need to think about every move you make carefully in order to have 5 cards left. Are you getting 18 cards to start with?

Was it working prior the update on the 26th? There seems to have been a warning on the new update which states "Do not Update", did you not get that, no?

Apparently according to a few others the App store gave a warning message stating "Not to Update", I take it you didn't see those, no?

Could you share a screenshot of the "do not update" message you're getting? It's a first for me, never seen that before. What's stopping you from playing by the way, tech issues or have you made it to the top level?
