• Hi @PrettyBubbles Yes I've tried everything twice and no change. The only unusual aspect is there is a ! By the game which only usually appears for new games. See screenshot.

• I haven't done an uninstall/install for the very reason you have mentioned. My Id is 6039676118 (taken from BW2 as I can't access it in BW3 I assume it's the same)

• I know but the orange bar is already at 60% or so it should be on 0%. This has happened the last 3 challenges and the bar never moves.

• I have always played on the mobile (android). Every thing else works fine including new levels.
