  • Hi Kristine! Normally a sync between your mobile and Facebook should set both at the same level. If the sync doesn't match up means that you might previously have done another sync but from another mobile. I suggest you instead sync to Kingdom (the orange button with crown) - by doing so you should now have all your levels…
