  • Hi Dhinesh! Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush. Please also check if you can play the game…

  • Hi ShelleyB! I've never seen options to skip levels in Candy Crush. Normally you can use boosters to make a level easier to complete.   • Hi DeAndra! Which mobile phone do you have? Please also tell which OS and version you are using. Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue. It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Please let me know a bit more and I'll try to help you :-)

  • Hi Susie! I suggest you connect the game to Kingdom (orange button with crown) Once connected to Kingdom you should now have a good list of other players who can help you out with lives and road blocks. Cheers :-)
