  • Hi Karen! Which iPad are you playing from? I saw on another thread that there was an issue with iPad II versions if you have iOS 9.2.1 installed. It might have something to do with the iPad II only having 512 MB build in RAM so with the latest OS installed you'll not have sufficient resources to play newer games.
