The new levels haven't been released on iTunes yet. I've seen previously on threads and comments that it normally takes some extra days for apps to be released on iTunes. Cheers :-)

Hi Noreen! Are you playing Candy Crush from your mobile or from Facebook? If you are playing from your mobile and have the game connected to Facebook then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues. Cheers :-)
