Hi Sandie! I saw on another thread that some levels are a bit easier on mobile devices - mostly as a service for those with a small screen. If you like you can play the level on a mobile - just connect the game to Facebook and you're good to go :-)

Hi Julie! You can change to correct Facebook account by starting the game, go into settings, disconnect from Facebook. Once done you'll get a blue 'Connect to Facebook' button available - click on it and enter your login and password and you should now be connected to your correct Facebook account. Cheers :-)

Hi Mohammed! It is not possible to reset the game. Instead you can play from level 1 on King.com or on a mobile or tablet as long as you don't connect to Facebook. Cheers :-)
