For CCS I use the Gold Chocolate Box and Sweet Cinema, plus possibly other events, as the supply of gold from episode wins and royales are one-shot only. For CCSS, I still usually move forward, as gold is harder to obtain and less central.

For the first, I am quite neutral with it. I strongly oppose the second, as it ironically makes focusing on the fun ahead even harder. I prepare myself with resources every time before I focus ahead.

Exactly. You have to watch if the popup is present, as the double color bomb is an event feature. I have played All Stars rounds under a double color bomb, and without a double color bomb in some levels because I was offline.

Completed Level 222. My signature is a musical note, proposed to be encoded to Unicode. My ID is 5385525323. Why is scoring removed? Why everyone just receives 3 stars or sugar stars?

I would say, it is fair to add hand boosters to other events, and one hand booster per set of 16 ads is fair.

Also, try to avoid clicking on anything other than the (X) after the countdown expires. I once lost a 900-strong win streak at Level 2532 by accidentally clicking Get, causing my browser or the Play Store to load, and then causing my game to reload.
