Try this... open your Facebook and remove the app on the left (your progress will be fine) then clear your browser cache, restart your browser and install the game again. Hopefully this will make it work for you.

This is normal, its the way that the game works. Your messages are only there the first time you play the game. So you can play the game and enjoy it a little but not sit there with 100's of lives, haha. But yeah, there's nothing wrong with your game, this happens to everyone :) 

This is a normal level right? I mean, there's no roadblock or anything so what happens when you try to play level 41, what does it say on the screen? Can you post an image on here so we can see it?

That is a little strange right? If you're not too worried about losing your boosters, I would delete the game from your Facebook account (click on the little cog next to the game in the menu) and then clear your browser cache, restart it and add the game to Facebook again. Try this and see if it loads. Let me know :) 

There are a couple of ways to do it. In some of the games King have brought in the 'Kingdom' so if you see a little logo on your map like 3 little crowns (or in the settings menu) Then click on this and enter your details, email etc. Now on your new phone you can log in using these details and it will transfer your game…

Are you playing Soda or the normal Candy Crush? Is this a 'roadblock' in the game? Where you need to get 3 tickets from your friends to proceed. Let us know :) 

So it could be your laptop? My game loads up fine as well :) I have the King video bookmarked as a lot of those steps work when the games don't load. Clearing your cache and playing with only one or two tabs open is essential.
