Hey, could you please explain what you mean by collect, do you mean you can't buy any gold bars? Whats happening in your game?

What happens when you try to download it, what does it say? I would check that you have enough memory available and also check that you are signed into your google account. Log out and log in, then try to download the app again.

Is your game synchronized to your Facebook game? If so you can ask your friends on there to pass the level. Other than that I would try and clear your cache and then ask your friends to send them again.

There's always more levels on Facebook. Thats where the game kinda started, so they make those levels first and then adapt them for mobiles. Plus the updates have to be verified etc. It can all take a while, trust me! But yeah, the guys normally post on Facebook first: https://www.facebook.com/candycrushsaga

Have you tried disconnecting from Facebook to see if it brings your progress back? If it does then I recommend logging into the the kingdom (the 3 crowns thing) that way your progress will always be saved! Let me know if it works :)
