I don't think it would be a bug in an older level. Try clearing your cache, as a lot of the time, this can cause games, apps etc to act up and not work normally. Try it, see if it works?

The little sad face that you mention, does it look like the one on this website? http://superuser.com/questions/750371/sad-face-grey-box-showing-up-in-chrome It could be the connection to the net, could be anything, try and research it on Google maybe?

If you delete the app then you'll lose your progress! The only way to get it back is to get the connection to Facebook working! I know that the Mods posted some videos about this so check them out: https://care.king.com/en/user/questions/21/Johnny+Ryall 

For me this was one of those levels where I had to take a step back and be patient. I was just playing a few times throughout the day. Focus on the conveyor belt for the bombs and chocolate, don't waste moves anywhere else. Check out some videos on youtube as well, you'll see some helpful comments, pick up some tips etc:…

This has happened to me before when I was playing Farm Heroes. There's nothing much you can do I'm sorry to say. It's just something that happens. If I remember correctly, level 95 isn't too bad so you should be able to pass it again! But yeah, I wish you the best of luck!

Do you play any of the other games, I play Soda whilst I'm waiting for the levels. It's normally only a few weeks between episodes.
