How are you saving your progress, do you connect your game to facebook or the kingdom? If you don't save it to either then maybe this is why its always being reset to the start. I highly recommend saving your progress to either one of these platform…

How many hours do you want, you need to sleep, haha. I'm not sure what has happened there but I think being given over 20 hours of free lives is a pretty good deal so just enjoy the freebies for what they are!

Because the levels are always released on facebook first and then mobile a few weeks later. This is how the game has always been. If you have access to a computer then you can play the new levels first :)

If the game keeps closing then it's worth looking at your tablet to see if there's something wrong there. I recommend closing all other apps and only opening candy, see if its a Ram issue. You can also just try a simple restart as this can work wond…

I just commented on another thread. This has happened to you, me and every other candy crusher I think. It happens, but just like falling off the bike, get back to it and you'll pass the level in no time :)

There's not much you can do I'm sorry to say Jeanne. This has happened to us all. It's just a case of keeping your mobile or PC up to date, whichever one you use. I'm sure you can pass the level again in no time.
