It could be a temporary issue, like a connection problem with the store. I would check out the information saved in your app store profile, card details etc, maybe something needs to be updated or checked before it will allow you to purchase.

If I remember rightly then it changed recently. I think now you only win boosters in this promotion. I think you get the gold bars when you remain there but not for just winning if that makes sense.

Try a full clear out of the info in your browser. Remove the game from your facebook, then clear out your cookies and cache, restart and then add the game again. This will get rid of any conflicting data and should hopefully update your game map.

I'm not sure if you're talking about the game site King.com or the kingdom (the little orange in-game app thing for saving your game) I know you can sync mobile to facebook, but not to King.com. If you let me know which one you mean maybe I can help…

Maybe they are saved to the other profile, because when you first start you're connected with kingdom. If you disconnect, do you get them back?

How do you save your progress, with facebook or kingdom? It could be that you have just lost your connection and need to re-connect. Check in the app settings (bottom left) to see if you can reconnect again and this should return your progress.
