On Facebook you can only accept lives when you first open the game. In other words, if you close or refresh the game then the envelope will disappear. Maybe this is the issue?

If you check you will see that in all King games, the levels get released on facebook first and then on mobile. There's normally a week or so difference. There is nothing you can do from your end only keep an eye out for a game update.

I see a lot of players on youtube passing levels without using boosters etc. Just think, you've played over 1000 levels. These are for candy crush professionals, its no easy task reaching this number so of course it's gonna be difficult from here on…

This message means you're at the end of the map. There are no more levels to play. Its normal that the new levels appear on facebook first and then later on, on mobile. This is why you can only play on facebook right now.

It could be that your tablet needs a bit of a clean up. Check for a software update. Restart the device and it's important also that you clear the cache and memory. Check how to do this online. This should get your game up and running smoothly.

I'm afraid to say it's not possible. I remember the moderators on here saying that these items are on your tablet/phone memory, and there's no way to get them across to a new device. You can copy your levels and transfer your gold bars via your face…

Did you save your progress with facebook or kingdom? If so then just open the app and in the settings (bottom left) just click to reconnect and your progress will return. If you didn't save it then I don't think there is anything you can do sorry.

It might have gone to your junk folder first. Check here and then you should be able to move it to your inbox. It might also take a while to arrive. I normally have this when I click on these kind of links so wait a little.
