Theres a roadblock after this level so you need to click on the little aeroplane and then either ask your Facebook or Kingdom friends for help or use some gold bars to proceed to the next level. The little menu pop up will give you some options.

What's happening when you try and play 816? Have you got the latest update, cos if you haven't you won't see the new levels. Check this out first, check the app store for the update.

You should just be able to connect like in Candy Crush? Try going into facebook on your phone and find Candy Soda in the apps menu and click it. It opens up the game, like a forced connection. Maybe it will sync?

You should be able to just go back into this screen. Click on the roadblock again and the pop up will say to 'ask friends' or something, you can click it again to send out the requests. Try it!

From what I understand, this is just part of the game. You have 5 lives as always and then if you have any extra ones that friends have sent you, you can use them in that round of playing. For me, 5 lives is perfect for a little playing time :)

If you bought the gold bars then I think you should check out the payments part of the FAQ: http://www.papapearsaga.com/games/papa-pear-saga/faqs/en I think that if you just lost free gold bars, then theres not much you can do if the game froze.

Have you tried to manually update the app? via the Kindle store I mean. There should be 815 levels right now. Check you're sync'd with your Facebook as well. It should show all the levels then.

Did the update disconnect you from Facebook? Maybe try to connect again and see if they return.
