So the game has set you back to level 1? Have you checked your Facebook account to see if your levels are still there, maybe your game has lost it's connection so you only need to re-connect in the app to get them back. Try it.

Hello Joyce, what did the error say, do you remember? I think that unfortunately there isn't much you can do other than play the level again as there so many things that can go wrong to make the game crash. 

This happened to me before, I had to validate some of my account details as that is what was stopping the app from downloading. Check your iOS/Google account and see. Let me know!

Could you explain what you mean in a little more detail. Do you mean that your progress is not being saved? Or that your account is not recognised? Let me know :)

Don't click on the actual invite that pops up in Facebook, instead wait until you need the lives and then refresh the game. Try that instead. 

That sucks, I'm not sure what could have happened. It's not the best but sometimes you just have to play a level again if something doesn't register. Have you passed it since?
