I think the first thing to check is that you are logged into your Facebook app and that your game hasn't lost its connection to Facebook (or the Kingdom email) So go into the settings section and check this out. You can also head to Facebook and see what level you are on there, so you know its safe. 

I'm glad to hear it all got sorted out! There is nothing worse than losing your levels.

Threasa, I can see that you have asked the same question 4 times and you're not replying to my response, haha. If you can answer me then maybe we can help you. Is this an in-game promotion? Where are you seeing this promotion?

From my experience Facebook never loses your progress, even if you delete the game its still there! What problems did you have with the computer? 

Colorbombs going off randomly, that's a new one to me! I don't think you can call a level buggy if you don't get the candies you need. I mean the game is random after all. I can see a lot of videos on youtube of players passing this level. It will just take a bit of time I guess. Check out some vids, take a break from it,…

There is one thing that I always recommend regarding synchronizing your game and its this... Open up the Facebook app, then go to settings and the apps section. Find farm heroes and click on it. This will open up the farm app and should hopefully sync your game at the same time! 

I wish I had the answer for you Bill. I know that there are always differences in the game between platforms. Sometimes its good but sometimes like in your situation it can be bad! It sounds like you enjoy the game though so keep trying those levels, you might pass them! 

Hey Kelly. I don't think this is a bug (I'm also guessing you mean candy crush, not soda) I think its just that the game didn't recognise that you passed the level. Have you played it again since, have you passed it?

Is there not there at all? I know that if you have used it once in the day then you will only see the second one when you go back but for me they are both there.
