  • I ended up going over to King.com and syncing my game, getting the tickets from players on that site and then going back to Facebook after I received the tickets. Maybe you can try this, do you have a King.com account?

  • The game progress that is synchronized on your Facebook account cannot be deleted. The only thing that you can do is to create another Facebook account just for saving games. Then you can connect to this and play from level 1 again.

  • From what I have read there won't be anymore Facebook levels for Pyramid. It can be a bit tricky on the mobile sometimes, even for the other games. Do you have access to a tablet, might be a bit easier?

  • I like your eagerness! It kind of makes sense but then I guess it's all part of the social aspect of the game. I like it because your friends get to see you are way past them in the game, haha.

  • What exactly have you tried? Did you see the King video, this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIYE7aW5jcE My tip: open up your Facebook app, go to the settings and to the apps section. Click on the Candy Crush app and this will open up the game and should sync your levels. Try it!

  • Try clearing out your browser cache, then restart your browser and request the tickets again. It worked for me once so give it a try.

  • I know that a lot of people make the mistake of watching the old version of this level where combining 2 colorbombs would clear the left hand side of the board but now that's changed. Now that tactic doesn't work so you need to clear it manually. Check it out here and pick up some tips:…
