update has finally arrived in the Apple Store and appears to have worked. This in NO WAY absolves King from its appalling behaviour AGAIN during the issue, the lack of updates; and not to mention the ridiculous amount of time it took to “fix”!!!!

where is the Apple update??? I assume the majority of players use Apple!!! Totally unacceptable and we are in a bind with nothing we can do as a recourse for King’s appalling customer service!!!

the studio can add a pop-up for a game I do not like yet cannot add a pop-up with an apology for their lack of service or compliance with customer service for almost 3 weeks - and longer for some?????

@Alex_The_Witch Are they joking? There have been NO game updates for weeks!!! Once again the developers are NOT accepting responsibility. How can I update when there is NO update!!! How many times do we have to state OUR DEVICES ARE UP TO DATE. This is beyond unacceptable!!!

@PrettyBubbles - what progress? It seems a select few are getting some new levels BUT not the 60 new levels we should have in the 2 plus weeks this issue has been dragging on. Where is the bonuses in compensation as well??????

there should have been 60 new levels. Another insult to you and all - when we are lucky enough to get the game back. I’m stuck in Nero’s quest with a line blocker as well. 😡
