Ditto - I have also taken all the steps above to get the new levels but no luck either. I play on an iPhone. Once again nothing posted by the support team about the issue 🙄🤷‍♀️

All is okay for me. Did you play a level to see if it appeared; or turn your device off and on? Good luck.

unfortunately once King cut ties with Facebook, we have no idea who we are playing with and no way of communicating sensibly with players. It’s a huge downside of the game.

one would think after we lost our potions the blockers would want to win some potions by completing the team quest 🤷‍♀️

you need to contact support for some form of compensation. Unfortunately it won’t be potions. It happened to me as well. I had around 60 of each. I was told not to accumulate too many. I don’t think that’s a lot. I imagine some would have hundreds. Sigh.

It would be nice if the Studio admitted and apologised for their error - there was obviously something AGAIN wrong with their update. The updates are rare but the issues following are FREQUENT.

ugh - I feel your pain. I also don’t understand when players complete one tile, then sit on the 2nd tile when I could finish the line/row. Would be nice if players around the same level were matched for the team quest. Happy playing.

you can also see - we have no option to make the star shower bubbles - or whatever they are called - yet we have all the stars. 🤷‍♀️ it is a glitch in the update. I - and I and I am sure others - did nothing to create this but run King’s update!

I wish they could as well. I am so sorry. It makes the team quest difficult without them. I was also told not to store too many on my phone - I had around 50 plus.
