No worries. This picture is how I see the page where we are. Number one is the question where Snow Rider explains what to do if you’re having issues with Petopia, which may help you, and number two is the explanation of how the game will be from now on. You could ask Snow Rider directly there, as well.

If you uninstall and reinstall, you will lose your boosters and login streak. That is the last resort, I think, but if it doesn’t worry you, you may try. Make sure your game is being saved, though. Otherwise you may lose your levels. I’d go first to that other post where they tell you what to do in case you’re having…
