@BQN537 oh okay I think I misunderstood with the snitzels, the cutlets it's when you take a pork chop or a piece of chicken and you take a mallet and you smash it down to where it's thin and you dip it in the egg yolk and it's breaded and fried. β¦

Hey @BQN537 we call snitzels , cutlets Same method of cooking just a different name. As far as the meatloaf being dry I can give you a recipe if you'd like π. Ugh as far as my states restrictions we have not opened up yet, we are still in the red β¦

@BQN537 okay yes I make something similar, I just never heard that term before. I use both chicken and pork just depends what I have on handπ. I prefer the pork as well π. Tommorow is my dad's birthday so I'm making him meatloaf and creamed spinaβ¦
