I think this is an on going problem with BGH. Log out and log in to see if the rewards appear. If not then you have to contact player support from your game app. Good Luck!

@renamifsud2 Yes we are the most unlucky ever! do you remember you had BGH for about 2 weekends...log out log in? I think you and me were not supposed to get BGH back then. It was a glitch! All the glitches this game has, the studio had to fix that …

i have seen logging out and logging in fix this issue for some players. sometimes it just take awhile for gold bars to be delivered. if you still don't see the missing rewards then contact player support as the game expert advise above. Good Luck!
