• Your English is just fine. There is still some glitches in bubblegum hill . I only have it for one weekend in months. Another feature that you mentioned is Kimmy's arcade. That was great. The studio also took it from me too. Sad.

• While you are waiting for player support to respond. Have you try log out of the game, restart your device, and log back in. Sometimes that works. Good luck.

• The game should prompt you to pay 💰 to open piggy bank to get the gold bars. Try clicking the piggy bank, maybe?

• You will see after you collect all the tickets required. I think 8 tickets. Then the game will pop up a page for you to buy boosters and stuff for a special price. So, nothing exciting.
